Who we are

Your engagement programme is run by Green Rewards Limited, trading as Jump. Green Rewards Limited is registered in England & Wales under company no. 7490327. Its registered office address is The Courtyard, Shoreham Road, Upper Beeding, Steyning, West Sussex, BN44 3TN.

How do we collect information from you?

We obtain information about you when you use our website, such as when you contact us about products and services, or when you sign up to and participate in a programme provided by us to your employer organisation.

What type of information do we collect?

The personal information we might collect from you includes your name, work email address and work postal address and team. It may also include information regarding what website pages are accessed and when.

As part of a programme provided by your employer you may also provide sustainability information including which materials you have recycled, distances travelled via sustainable transport, print settings used etc. We will make it clear to you what information you can provide to us and it is your decision whether or not to do so.

How is your information used?

We may use your information to:

  • Administer the scheme, including sending weekly reminder emails requesting your participation data;
  • Seek your views or comments on the services we provide;
  • Your first name, initial of surname and Green Points total will be shown in the programme leaderboard;
  • Seek your views or comments on the services we provide;
  • Deal with entries into a competition;
  • Send you quarterly updates about sustainability news and innovation;
  • Notify you of changes to our services;

We believe that these forms of communication are an intrinsic part of ensuring that your engagement in the programme works efficiently and that we can communicate to you on your activity in the programme and any rewards that you have earned. Having considered this, we therefore believe that this is a legitimate interest to communicate with you in this manner and such interest is genuinely not overridden by your fundamental rights as a data subject

You may opt-out of any email communications by using the ‘unsubscribe’ link within each email, contacting us at [email protected] or by calling us on 0207 326 5055. Please be aware that unsubscribing from the weekly reminder email may reduce your ability to effectively participate in the programme. You can manage your email subscription preferences in the ‘Subscriptions’ section of your account, reached by clicking the ‘My Account’ button in the top right hand corner once you are logged in.

We will hold your personal information on our systems for the duration of the contract that your employer has negotiated with us. At the end of any such contract, the data will be passed to your employer for the purpose of integration with a replacement programme.

Data sharing

Certain pieces of information will be passed to your employer in the course of the administration of the programme, including the date you registered for the programme, your name and your team. Other data that will be passed to your employer includes aggregated engagement data with your individual actions not identifiable.

In some cases, activities that you take part in may necessitate that your contact details are passed to your employer, but we will make it clear to you that this will happen before you provide the information.

We may also be required to pass your contact details onto voucher providers in order to supply a prize to you. What data we share will be made clear to you at the time of winning a prize.

We do not supply any data, personal or otherwise, to third parties.

How you can request, edit or erase the information we hold about you

 You have the right to ask for a copy of the information we hold about you. You can do this by emailing us at [email protected], calling 0207 326 5055 or by writing to us at Team Jump, 141 – 157 Acre Lane, London, SW2 5UA. Automated decision making

For some employer-backed programmes we may use automated decision making to approve or deny your requests. Information regarding the type and frequency of information and the parameters within which it is permissible can be found on your programme’s website. If you would like more information about the denial of a request or would like to raise a dispute, please email us at [email protected]. These parameters are periodically reviewed to ensure effectiveness of the scheme.
